Each order is processed and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days from the date of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. For print-on-demand or customized products, the processing time may extend up to 7 business days due to printing and quality inspection.

1.3 Delivery Time:

Once dispatched, delivery time depends on your location:

Metro cities: 3–7 business days

Non-metro cities: 5–10 business days

Remote areas: Up to 14 business days

For international orders, delivery may take 10–20 business days, depending on customs and courier service conditions.


2. Order Processing and Confirmation

2.1 Order Verification:

After receiving your order, our team verifies product availability, size, and customization details before confirming dispatch. If any item is unavailable or requires modification, we will contact you by email or phone for confirmation.

2.2 Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing the tracking number and courier partner name. You can use this information to monitor the delivery status on our website or the courier partner’s portal.

2.3 Order Splitting:

If you have ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on availability and location of our warehouses. You will be notified if your order is split into multiple shipments.


3. Shipping Charges

3.1 Domestic Shipping (Within India):

Standard shipping: Free for all prepaid orders above ₹999.

Orders below ₹999: A nominal shipping fee will apply, displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional handling charges may apply (if COD service is available).

3.2 International Shipping:

Shipping rates for international destinations are calculated based on package weight, destination country, and courier rates. The exact cost will be shown at checkout before payment.

3.3 Duties and Taxes (International Orders):

Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges (if any) are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are beyond our control and vary by country.


4. Packaging and Handling

All products at Xstyle Store are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.

Apparel items are neatly folded, sealed in protective poly bags, and placed inside tamper-proof packaging.

Fragile or printed merchandise (like mugs or posters) is bubble-wrapped for extra safety.

Each package is double-checked for quality assurance before dispatch.

If your package appears tampered with, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately at contact@xstyle.store.


5. Delivery Process

5.1 Delivery Attempts:

Our courier partner will make up to three delivery attempts. If you are unavailable during these attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, you may need to pay additional re-shipping charges for delivery again.

5.2 Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that your delivery address, pin code, and contact number are entered correctly during checkout. Xstyle Store will not be responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5.3 Delivery Confirmation:

Once your order is delivered, you will receive an automated email or SMS confirmation. If you do not receive your order within the expected time frame, contact us immediately so we can assist with tracking or resolving the issue.


6. Delayed or Lost Deliveries

6.1 Possible Delays:

Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

6.2 Lost Parcels:

7. Prepaid and Cash on Delivery Orders

7.1 Prepaid Orders:

Orders paid online through our secure payment gateway partners are processed immediately. Please ensure your contact details are correct so you receive all updates.

7.2 Cash on Delivery (COD):

COD may be available for select pin codes within India. Please note:

COD orders require address verification via SMS or email.

Repeated cancellations or refusals may result in blocking COD option for future orders.


8. International Delivery Policy

We deliver to multiple international locations; however, timelines and costs vary by destination. Customers must ensure that imported items comply with their country’s regulations. Delays caused by customs inspections are outside our control. Any additional duties or import fees will be borne by the customer. Please note that international orders may take longer to track updates due to cross-border logistics.


9. Undeliverable Orders

An order may be marked undeliverable due to:

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept delivery

If your order is returned to us for such reasons, a reshipping charge will apply. Refunds (if applicable) will exclude shipping costs.


10. Damage During Delivery

If you receive a damaged or tampered package:

Do not accept delivery.

Take clear photos of the package and product.

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund depending on product availability.

Once your order is handed over to the courier partner, the responsibility for safe and timely delivery rests with them. However, Xstyle Store will assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery-related issues until the package reaches you.

All delivery timelines are approximate and may vary depending on multiple external factors. Xstyle Store does not guarantee delivery dates but ensures every effort to deliver within the mentioned timeframes.


We encourage customers to check tracking updates regularly for accurate delivery status.


13. Change in Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please email us immediately at contact@xstyle.store within 6 hours of placing the order. Once the product is shipped, we cannot modify the address.
