At Xstyle Store, we strive to deliver high-quality fashion products and print-on-demand (POD) items that reflect your unique style. Every order is carefully processed and printed with attention to detail to ensure the best possible experience for our customers. However, we understand that situations may arise where you may wish to cancel an order or request a refund.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which such requests can be made, ensuring transparency, fairness, and satisfaction for all our customers.

 

1. Order Cancellation Policy

1.1 Order Cancellation Before Dispatch:

Customers can cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not entered the printing, packaging, or dispatch process. Once the product has been sent for printing or packaging, the order cannot be canceled as it becomes a custom or made-to-order item.

 

1.2 How to Cancel an Order:

To cancel your order, please email us at contact@xstyle.store with your order number and reason for cancellation. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

 

1.3 Cancellation After Dispatch:

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to receive the order, you may refuse delivery. However, the original shipping charges will not be refunded, and any return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund (if eligible).

 

1.4 Store Rights:

Xstyle Store reserves the right to cancel orders under specific conditions such as:

 

Product out of stock

  • Payment not received or declined by the payment gateway
  • Incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
  • In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method used during purchase.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refund

 

Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:

 

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • You received the wrong product compared to what you ordered.
  • Your order was canceled by Xstyle Store due to unavoidable reasons.

 

 

Please note: Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or dislike of color/print variations, as each item is printed or prepared specifically for you.

 

 

2.2 Condition of Returned Items

 

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Any sign of wear, alteration, or damage not caused during shipping will make the product ineligible for a refund.

 

 

2.3 Refund Process

 

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

 

Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed directly to the source account.

 

For COD orders (if applicable), refunds will be issued via bank transfer after collecting necessary details.

 

Note: A 10% deduction will be applied to all approved refunds to cover payment gateway fees, administrative costs, and processing charges.

 

 

2.4 Partial Refunds

 

Partial refunds may be issued if:

 

Only part of a multiple-item order is defective or incorrect.

 

The returned item shows signs of slight wear or incomplete packaging.

 

 

3. Return Policy

3.1 Return Period:

You must raise a return or refund request within 3 days of delivery. Requests raised beyond this period will not be accepted.

 

3.2 Return Shipping:

 

If the return is approved due to a damaged or incorrect item, Xstyle Store will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for arranging the return and covering the shipping charges.

3.3 Return Process Steps:

 

Email us at contact@xstyle.store with your order number, issue description, and supporting images of the product.

Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our support team.

Ship the product securely to the address provided.

Once received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund status.

 

4. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Custom print-on-demand products (e.g., personalized t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, posters).
  • Digital downloads or gift cards.
  • Clearance or sale items.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”

As our print-on-demand items are created based on your unique selections (design, color, and size), they cannot be resold or reused, making them non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects or delivery errors.

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@xstyle.store within 3 days of receiving your package.

To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, include the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Photos of the product showing the defect or incorrect item
  • Packaging photo and shipping label

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund as per your preference.

 

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your payment gateway provider or bank.

If the issue persists, contact us at contact@xstyle.store with your order details.

 

7. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size, design, or color, you may need to place a new order after returning the original item (if eligible).

 

8. Responsibility After Dispatch

Once the order is handed over to our delivery partners, we are not responsible for delays caused by external logistics issues such as weather, courier strikes, or unforeseen delivery disruptions. However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving such cases wherever possible.

 

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute regarding refunds, cancellations, or returns, the matter will be resolved amicably between the customer and Xstyle Store through email communication. Our decision on refund eligibility will be final and binding in all cases.

 

10. Modification of Policy

Xstyle Store reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be available on our website, and customers are encouraged to review it periodically.
